あらすじ
コンラッド率いる調査遠征隊が、未知の生物を探すべく、神話上の存在とされてきた謎の島に潜入する。しかし、その島は人間が足を踏み入れるべきではない“髑髏島”だった。島には骸骨が散乱しており、さらに岩壁には巨大な手の形をした血の跡を目撃する。そして彼らの前に、神なる存在であるキングコングが出現。人間は、凶暴なキングコングに立ち向かうすべがなく……。
