Synopsis
Dans l'archipel des Mille-Îles, à la frontière entre le Canada et les États-Unis, l'officier Henry Roland trouve des preuves reliant une affaire de disparition de substances illégales à son meilleur ami d'enfance, Tommy Hawley. Alors qu'Henry tente de sortir son ami de ce mauvais pas, une famille criminelle britannique impitoyable, dirigée par la matriarche May Ferguson, recherche également Tommy et la marchandise disparue.
